If you are in Australia and unable to travel back to your Country we are here to help you extend your legal stay in Australia.
You must first check if your current visa has a No Further Stay Condition including 8503, 8534, and 8535 that prevents you from applying while in Australia.
If you don’t have a Further Stay Condition you can apply for a new visa.
If you do have a Further Stay Condition you can request a waiver of that condition and we are here to help you successfully obtain that waiver allowing you to remain in Australia if you are eligible to stay.
