Family/ Spouse (Partner) visa Options:

Australian Permanent Residents, Australian citizens or Eligible New Zealand residents can sponsor family members to migrate to Australia through the following paths:

Spouse or Partner visas:

Australian Permanent Resident, Australian Citizens of New Zealand eligible residents can sponsor an applicant who is a partner legally married, or in a defacto relationship (including same sex partners), or is engaged or have registered a relationship.

For people over 55 planning to retire in Australia who have significant assets and proven income. An investment in an Australian state and territory bond is required.

General Skilled Migration:

As a skilled worker with relatives in Australia you may be eligible to apply easier if your relatives are willing to sponsor you for a skilled visa.
